Ok, modern websites load CSS files for styling, have Javascript files to add user interaction and scripts for analytics and appear to have a lot more photos.
And what makes it worse, do you know? Plugins.
You might have five plugins loading their stylesheets each. It ensures that five additional CSS files to each visitor that comes to your site.
I’m not saying that plugins are inherently wrong, but WordPress sites tend to load a ton of files as each plugin loads files independently of each other.
WordPress or not, building a new site that only loads seven files is impractical, but we can do much better if we customize our pages correctly.

1. Caching:
Once you have imported and enabled WP Rocket, you will have access to its beautiful dashboard where you can start optimizing. WP Rocket switches on the cache as soon as you trigger it. You could trigger the plugin literally and always log out of your site, and it would load faster.

The automated caching is difficult to appreciate if you are not sure how it affects your site.

The point is, no matter how many files your site loads or how big they are, they all load with caching enabled much faster.
1. File optimization:
The section on file optimization is where you will reduce the number of files loaded by your site and the size of those files.
· Minification:
Minification also eliminates the space between characters and strips all the text of comments. It reduces the size of the file so that it will load faster.
· Concatenation:
Minification reduces the size of review files, and they concatenate. Your website will load more quickly with fewer, smaller data. These two processes are high for performance, and any plugin than WP Rocket no better handles them suggested by Freelance Web Designer Abu Dhabi.
· CSS files:
You can minify all CSS files to give you a small boost in performance and then allow the “combine” option to concatenate them into as few as possible files. While it is possible when using this option to end up with display issues on your web, it is usually not a problem.
2. Media optimization:
WP Rocket has a few new options to optimize media on your platform, including slow, highly efficient loading.
What is lazy loading?
It will keep track of how far down the page visitors have scrolled and will not load images until visitors are close to reaching them with lazy loading allowed.
The downside is that your site loads quicker instantly when you load so many fewer videos. It also reduces the site’s bandwidth.
· Emojis and embeds:
WP Rocket also offers convenient options for disabling emoji support and integrate technology for WordPress. Each of these features loads a small JS file to delete two more data from your site by disabling them all.
· Videos and iframes:
You can enable lazy loading for videos and iframes. There’s also a great feature to display the thumbnail of a Youtube video until it finishes loading.
